NEXREND.AI Terms of Service

Welcome to Nextrend.AI, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provided by AGENCY NEXT LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nextrend.AI website and platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using Nextrend.AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.  Please read them carefully.


1. Service Overview

Nextrend.AI is a fully automated SaaS platform designed to provide digital services and tools directly to customers upon successful payment. There is no customization or manual service required on our part. 


2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to the Service without written permission.


3. Payment and Subscription

  • Access to Nextrend.AI requires payment of the applicable subscription fee in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused access.
  • Subscription will automatically renew monthly unless canceled 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.


4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Nextrend.AI platform and content (excluding user-uploaded content) belong to Nextrend.AI and its licensors.
  • You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify any portion of the platform.
  • You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate, but you grant us a license to use it for the purposes of delivering the service.

5.  Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Service.


6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Nextrend.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.


7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


8. Compliance

Nextrend.AI strives to provide content and tools that comply with applicable laws and industry regulations. However, we do not guarantee that all content or features meet every specific compliance requirement relevant to your business or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to review and ensure that your use of the Service and any content generated or provided through it complies with your organization’s policies and regulatory obligations. We strongly recommend consulting your compliance department or legal advisor if you have any questions or concerns regarding compliance.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
